  • Advocacy: Amplify the youth's voice in global forums, ensuring that our concerns are not just heard but acted upon. Plan and implement initiatives and events to share Genvizion’s mission

    Strategic Guidance: Play an instrumental role in shaping the strategy and initiatives of Genvizion, ensuring they align with the needs and aspirations of the youth.

    Collaboration: Forge synergies with the Impact Division and other arms of Genvizion to drive impactful actions on the ground.

    Networking: Build bridges with other youth organizations, policymakers, and NGOs, broadening GenVizion's reach and influence.

  • To be eligible for the GenVizion Global Council, applicants should:

    • Be aged between 15 to 25 (though exceptions may be considered based on unique experiences or perspectives).

    • Demonstrate a commitment to global issues and a vision aligned with Genvizion's mission.

    • Be able to communicate effectively in English.

    • Possess a willingness to engage, initiate, collaborate, and be an active member.

  • The GGC is a voluntary role, with members driven by passion and purpose. While there is no monetary compensation, members benefit from expansive networking opportunities, skill development sessions, and recognition on global platforms. You will have the opportunity to express global issues you are passionate about.

  • Absolutely! We encourage your involvement. However, it's essential to ensure that the responsibilities of each role do not conflict or hamper your effectiveness in either.

  • Due to the hundreds of applications we receive, the review process can take up to 6 weeks. Rest assured, our team thoroughly reviews each application, and all applicants will be notified of their status once decisions have been made.
