The Head of Education is responsible for creating educational initiatives that align with Genvizion's mission through GID. You will be in charge of creating accessible educational content that will be distributed to vulnerable populations globally through our Impact Division. This role is instrumental in ensuring that communities are well-informed and empowered to act.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop accessible educational content such as pamphlets and reports.
Use technology to translate information to locally appropriate languages
Generate new ideas and create content for our social media or newsletter to spread awareness.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English writing
Proficiency with technologies (Canva, Google Translate, AI)

The Head of Research plays a pivotal role within GID in understanding the nuances of emerging global challenges. They delve deep into various crises and issues, ensuring that Genvizion bases its GID initiatives on accurate and comprehensive data.
Responsibilities
Research and validate emerging crises and issues globally
Gather and synthesize data or research into actionable insights.
Collaborate with other divisions to ensure accurate information dissemination.
Stay updated with global trends and emerging crises.

Previous experience in a research-intensive role.

This position is an essential role in expanding Genvizion’s global footprint. As the Head of Outreach of GID, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other members of the leadership team to build bridges between Genvizion and communities worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential partners and donors to aid our initiatives
Establish collaborations with diverse entities, ranging from grassroots nonprofits to international organizations.
Manage and engage with our new Discord Community
Mentor and oversee our ambassadors, ensuring their efforts are harmonized with our larger objectives.
Requirements:
Prior experience in business or non-profit management is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and organization skills

You will be in charge of planning marketing strategies and generating content on social media platforms. The social media manager will work closely with the Executive Director and others to raise the visibility of the organization and attract new partners or donors.
Responsibilities:
Create marketing plans, ideas, and strategies
Create weekly content (2-3 posts) on Genvizion’s social media platforms
Collaborate with the team to create marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
Hold prior experience with social media content creation
Proficient in written English and graphic design skills
Experience with design software, such as Canva

This position is the most important position under the Executive Director, and you will gain experience managing a global NGO and work closely with the leadership team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the organization. You will be in charge of managing the daily operations of Genvizion, including identifying partners and donors, generating strategic growth ideas, and managing relations.
Responsibilities:
Generate and lead the development of operational plans for new initiatives and partnerships
Reach out to businesses and maintain donor and partner relations
Review and approve business funding applications
Communicate and manage the leadership team
Create action plans and timeframes for new initiatives
Requirements:
Prior experience working/interning at a business or non-profit organization preferred
Be at least 18 years of age
Proficient writing and communication skills
Demonstrated strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
